About the branch

A Kolofix point is served by fully equipped service vans where most of the work is done. More demanding repairs are carried out at a Kolofix branch, but even then you don't have to travel there – you pick up the repaired bike at your Kolofix point again. All Kolofix points are easy to reach and always offer easy parking. Just book a date in advance.

    More demanding repairs are done at the Hradec Králové branch – we take the bike there and back for you.

    • With an e-bike, bring the battery, keys and charger – without them we can't run diagnostics.
    • For a warranty check-up or a warranty claim, upload the invoice directly in the booking.
    • We replace a punctured tube or a broken chain while you wait, even without booking.
